Kenny has finally made his way back towards home via Chesterfield, after missing his morning train. Brad came to collect him this evening & my politeness made me miss the sun at its best for photographs as it flooded the room...so I took this one after the sun was set!...Not a great shot as it was taken surreptitiously, but I did like the light on the folds of his jacket.
A quiet day that's been pretty peaceful. Played some music, had a lie in and took a late afternoon stroll down to the canal basin to feed parsnip cake to the Canada geese!...
Right now I'm enjoying the quietness of the flat & looking forward to settling down for an early night.
