a sliver of a silver moon
So, tonight we drove home from a lovely weekend with family and friends, and as we were heading westwards we had a perfect view of the setting sun and the wafer-thin moon. I was a little concerned that it would have disappeared before I had a chance to blip it for posterity, but no, my luck held and I was able to get this shot.
I had to stand the tripod in the strawberry pot to get the right angle :o)
I had planned to blip either a photo from this morning's mini-rugby training (on flickr here), or this afternoon's duck-feeding on the river (on flickr here), but decided against it!
