Clam Shell
It was strange going down to our ordinary old city beach after four days on the white sand beaches of Florida! It was low tide and the seagulls were very active breaking clams open - they do this by flying about thirty feet in the air and dropping the clam. It's quite unnerving if they do it close by. Anyway, perhaps that's what inspired me to photograph a clam shell.
