I guess that's why they call it the blues...

I'd always thought that my room was predominantly pink; pink sheets, pink rug, pink lamp, pink cushions.

However, the main thing in my room is a big massive bed, and when I changed the pink sheets for blue ones, it made the room look predominantly blue. I'd never noticed many things I have that are also blue; blue throw, blue hanging-thing-with-pockets, blue coaster, even the book I'm reading at the moment is blue.

I quite like the blue, it's nice and calming. However, I hadn't realised before how such a relatively small change can alter your entire persperctive on something.
