We visited our friends Kalyani and Cian in Ulverston this weekend. The plan was to get plenty of cycle training done in preparation for the coast to coast bike ride at Easter. However, it turns out I'm the weakest link and they couldn't really be bothered waiting around in the cold for me to catch them up - so we went home, drank tea, did some shopping and meandered up a local hill. Nice.
