Lost Toy!!!

Spotted on an Office window ledge in Town.

There must be some distraught child missing
their favourite Pink cuddly toy.
It was the two signs behind that really caught
my eye,
One being the Royal Mail Collection point and
Keep Rydale tidy, does either one apply here???
