Hangdog Hounds

You see way too many dogs spending their days tied to a post when you venture into the Korean countryside - and today was no exception.
There seemed to be a morose looking canine around every corner.

I think this guy was only tied up while his owner went into a shop though.
He was howling the longest, loudest and saddest sounding howls you're ever likely to hear, and his owner soon came out and untied him.
