A Little taste of Oklahoma

We were treated to a visit from the Oklahoma Masonic Indian degree team this morning in school. What a fabulous sight in all their regalia, bells, Eagle feathers and deer toes. They did traditional Native American Dances for us and despite my own protestations I was dragged up to do the two-step with the Chief ! The children were allowed a question and answer session and whilst quite scary looking, they were a really nice bunch of gentlemen. Some of the Native American Nations represented were Apache, Choctaw, Chickasaw, and Cherokee.
