Carnival IV - Kaiserslautern, Marktstraße

The Prinzenpaar of the Kaiserslautern Karneval Verein (KVK) is cheering up the pedestrians in our lunchbreak (not really a parade, just making the poor ones working on Rosenmontag happy).

The big parade today is in Mainz, but I'll be going to the smaller one in Ramstein tomorrow.

By the way, I am a "Rosenmontagskind" = I was born on a Carnival Monday. This may not mean anything to you, but if you live in a region where Carnival is celebrated.... there's even a song for all of us born on a Rosenmontag.
