Taken at RSPB Northward Hill this morning. It was a brief visit, would have loved a walk in the sunshine, but I had to get back.

I'm suffering a severe lack of energy this afternoon, I made the most of the sun and cycled to my nan's house for the afternoon. Boy, am I regretting that now!!!
