The inevitable happened

After 3 accident free years of running with dogs (and 6 of running with only one fall) the inevitable happened today and I came a cropper, running downhill on a rough forest path with 2 forward working dogs out in front and I tripped, managed to save my face by twisting round but my leg, arm and hands have the grazes to prove it!

The good news however is that my left leg is compleatly unharmed.
