Clearing

We lost a lot of trees this year due to the ice & snow. Our woods needed some cleaning up to begin with but now it was worse. I really wanted to clear out the patch along the road. You can see by the two images that it was a tangled mess of vines, scrub brush, & trees that fell over. We cleared a good amount on Saturday and cut up a lot of wood to burn. It looks so nice now I wanted to keep going but it started getting dark. So I hope the weekend will bring us some nice weather so we can get back out and clear. Now we have to order some Pine trees to plant in place of some of the trees we lost.
