Morning dew on tree ripened apples

It's really turned to autumn with cold much darker mornings! The apples are beautiful this year, and nothing beats picking one off the tree and eating it - completely different to apples bought at the shop.

Oops just had another aftershock!! We are all experts now - my husband called out 3.9-4.1 (on the Richter scale!) as soon as it finished. After so many we can all have a good guess at the magnitude.

These are Royal Gala apples and this little tree has so many apples it's amazing. We have several different varieties and they are all good this year.
