Apple Tart ala Chicago Blizzard

I have been very lazy with my posts lately. For shame.

Here is a slice of an apple tart that I baked during the Great Chicago Blizzard of 2011. I could go for a slice right now! Figured this looked tastier than a shot of the snow, but I have been known to enjoy a clean scoop of that on occasion as well.

Anywho, the tart was an Ina Garten recipe and I highly recommend it.
