Good Neighbours?

Finally got a new neighbour today. Hoorah! He seems like a 'Mark' to me.

I think he is renting the place because the landlords were doing a lot of work to the place the last few weeks, which I guess they wouldnt if they had just sold it. And if I'd just bought myself a house, the first thing I'd chuck out would be the 'To Let' sign.

These cottages are very small: they really are 2 up 2 down. They suit newlyweds (who dont yet mind living on top of one another) and single people. Or people who need a bolthole. My last neighbour smoked loads of weed (I could smell it through the adjoining floorboards), was totally paranoid, screamed abuse at me, threatened me, smashed my motorbike up regularly and told a pack of lies about me to neighbours and the police, so, if you are any improvment on that Mark - "Welcome".
