Pancake Day

I will be late home today so we enjoyed a good toss this morning instead of tonught.

I used:
110g sifted flour
2 eggs
Pinch salt
200ml milk
75ml water

Bung it all in a bowl and mix until smooth. Add a tablespoon of melted butter and it's ready.

I had bacon, tomato and cheese.
Bec had maple syrup.
Chooch tomato sauce and cheese
And Max invented lemon and sugar with cheese! He ate it all.

Chooch calls lemon and sugar melon and salt.

It was called great family breakfast.
