Pancake day started early in our house with young Alex having her first lesson on pancake tossing around 7am. I've promised her next year she'll get her own frying pan and she'll get to eat it.

Second batch of pancakes made at work for lunch and it looks like there's enough mix for a third helping after my boxing class. Is there be an upper limit to the number of pancakes one should eat in a day?
