standpipe

I have probably shot versions of this picture twenty different times, but didn't use it for blip because I always found a better blip and sort of saved this one for a "rainy day". Today, I was busy at work without time to find an outdoor blip and I thought this version of "standpipe" worked out well.

(a standpipe is a large diameter pipe that helps maintain constant pressure within a water system, in this case the buildings fire system)
