Merry-go-round

Sunday was a good day. No work, had a little (only a little) bit of a lie-in, then we lazed around the house for a few hours before heading out.

We jumped in the car and went down to the bay. There was a bit of a crowd outside the Millennium Centre, but no sign of why they were there or what they'd been doing. We had a bit of a walk around, and I took some pics of the carousel (as you can see). Not particularly impressed with them, this was the best of a poor lot. Unfortunately, I didn't check them before the day passed, so not opportunity to get a better blip!

Had some lunch @ Harverster... tomato & roasted garlic soup to start, then 12oz gammon steak, pineapple, peas and jacket spud. It was grand, and as my main was all grilled, pretty healthy too :-D
