Sasha Distilled

Sash Window repairs, Drummond Place, Edinburgh. Walking home this evening through the New Town I was struck by these lit windows. The original "sash and case" windows are beautiful and pretty much everywhere in Edinburgh, but expensive to replace and repair. These specialist fitters were hammering away as the evening drew in.

I must admit I used a few processing tricks on this one - straightening the perspective, then a number of layers and masks to bring out the colour contrasts. So, to mint a dreadful pun, it's "Sasha Distilled". Sorry. ;)

Old People: You found that slightly funny didn't you?
