late arrival

2am arrival on our return trip: late plane, mechanical problems, and someone who needed medical attention on board (thankfully, he was fine).
Eery to be in an airport that is almost deserted... But the emergency post was glowing brightly (precisely the opposite of how I was today, after a major sleep deficit). A 40-degree temperature drop between Miami and Washington... brrrrr: am most definitely a warm weather person!
Will have to do some back-blipping as the iPad interface didn't work in our vacation spot.
