Jamie!

My in-sin-sister-in-law has a jamie oliver book, and during her quest for dinner-plans, we somehow ended up with this plan in stead of her :). The recipe and grocery list were shot with my phone-cam so we could pick up whatever we needed on the way back.

This stuff is great. It's basically a stew in puff-pastry, and although ofcourse not very unfamiliar, it's certainly not standard dutch food.

Slight problem: we were having teh funz hanging around the in-sins yesterday, so we might have stuck around a tiny bit longer than planned.. all and all with the cook, put in oven for 1,5 hours, stir, another 1 hour, pour in pastry, another 45 minutes.... it was 21:30 before we ate..

jah. And i planned an alien marathon with Limited (who was planning on a fish-dinner for us, but we beat him to it..ow, and we had Guinness in our food), that we sadly didn't complete. 3 Alien films in a row was enough. Ah well, next time :D
