Wipe Out

Went back to the running club for the first time in ages. It was great, the folk are so nice, it was lovely to catch up with everyone. I was jogging along happily when I wiped out, tripping over a piece of wire loitering in the grass. Thankfully, my running career is not over as due to two weeks of rain, I had a soft, muddy landing. My steady pace also ensured that I was practically stationary when it happened. I was going to take the camera with me for an outdoor blip, glad I left it behind as it would have been squashed.
