Bent Tubing

My apologies if people are a little squeemish. I wasn't feeling very well at all today, I'm a type 1 diabetic and my blood sugars just weren't lowering. Was my pump working properly? Was I coming down with a cold/flu? With a blood sugar level of 20 I headed home and soon ripped of my canula from my stomach and discovered this!

Bent canula tubing!! I'm not sure why this happened, did I knock it in my sleep? Did it insert incorrectly? I only hope it never happens again.
