Ice Festival

Today, we went to an ice festival, at a three-hour drive out of Beijing. We went with some of our friends from school. When we arrived, it was already dark (purposely). There were igloos, snow sculptures, a toboggan, ice slides (that were very slippery), but the most amazing part of it was a big room that had lots of ice sculptures in it. They were 4-5 meters high and you could walk through the Forbidden City, the Temple of Heaven, and here, a kind of Tibetan pagoda, I think. Inside the ice, there were light tubes of different colors. It was very impressive
