Mr Armstrong has taken two days holiday!

So far today he has exhausted the dog with a very long walk at the beach, and consumed a burger and a pint of beer at lunchtime. However, I did join him for lunch (and a glass of Coke), which made a nice change from my usual spaghetti hoops on toast.

No time for resting though, because it will soon be time to pick up the kids from school; followed by parent's evening, homework, and feeding time at the zoo!
