my life in their hands....

I felt unduly pleased with myself today. I've had the membership key for the bike scheme for a while but frankly haven't felt brave enough to get on one and ride it.

Today I bought some bike clips to complete the image of a middle aged man in a suit on a bike (complete with Docs!), riding somewhat precariously at first through the traffic.

I think perhaps 3 spin classes a week pays off, after riding for 20 mins it was a breeze and I'll be out again on one as soon as I can!
