Long winding road

I made it to Barley Lake today! Yesterday I turned back because of the weather. Today as I thought I was nearing the top of the mountain, I got to the brow of the hill to find another hair-pin bend winding upwards! It was a real workout!! The wind grew stronger with each step and the scenery more spectacular. The arrived at the end of the little road and crossed some bog and I enjoyed stunning views of continuous mountains, and the lake below me on the other side of the ridge. I couldn't decide which photo to upload so I'm using this one which looks on a portion of the winding road which I didn't notice until I started the walk back...
