Leek Soup

Was cold and very blustery today and I decided that soup was needed for lunch! As leeks are currently in season and I had loads of them in the fridge, the decision of what flavour soup to make was elementary!

I love the subtle colours of leeks when they are still raw and have just been cut up... and they taste pretty good when they have been cooked too!
