Hey I'm running here....

I should take a leaf out of Columbia's book and get myself on the treadmill again. I'm exhausted watching her go round on her wheel. She keeps us up half the night as well.

Rubbish day at work, fed up with all the nonsense I'm having to deal with at the minute. Oh well its Friday tomorrow.
