Curlew

I was very excited when I spotted this Curlew and a mate in the stubble today... I have only ever seen one before. The wind was terrible and blowing a gale so had to sit down to steady the lens a bit it was quite some distance so apologise for the grain.. logged the sighting onto the Oxford bird sighting website as they are very rare here and overall have amber status with the RSPB.
