Hello, that was a windy one wasn't it.

The roads in and around Sheffield were strewn with restless plastic wheelie bins and animated bottle boxes, and pretty little twisters of dancing leaves and twigs, twirling,whirling and corkscrewing in front of the cars.

Doncaster and Barnsley were my homes for today, and it was only when i ventured from the relative safety of the car that i realised how strong the wind was.

This is the best of a bad bunch of blips of Doncaster's Minster, its the closest i got to a level photo before i gave up my unequal battle with the wind and fell over!

I had hoped to take some photos from inside the church but in truth it was a bit disappointing and i felt a bit intimidated as people were doing there thing in there (acts of worship i mean) and i didn't deem it seemly.

Still been there. done that, nice roundabouts in Doncaster,..........
