Grand hospitality

The generous hospitality of friends is greatly valued. John and Jen offered me a bed and use of a car for as long as I needed it in Hamilton while mum was there.

Jen has restored a lot of furniture and upholstered some fine old chairs. This shot is of a corner of a cushion in the room I had - lovely wooden furniture, comfy mattress and feather pillows. Heavenly!
