Reason # 1

Ok, yesterday somebody was wondering why I was such a good mood.

Well, yesterday I finished this calendar. The tree was finished some months ago, the balls last year... The worst part was to sew all the buttons!!!

So for over a month, the only thing missing was cutting the buttonhole in the balls. And yesterday, I went to Laura's home, the restart of our weekly sewing meeting. So I saw how she had done the buttonholes, take a sample and cut all the buttonholes. And all this was done in a wonderful terrace, under a great sun that allowed us to sit without coats, while we were chatting (the old way) and having a wonderful time.

I took a shot of the tree yesterday, but it was too much sun... so here it is today!!!

PS: I don't sew, if I have an idea/project I just do it, never mind if I've never done so, that's all. This was the first project done in the company of a great friend! More to come. Two fishes already in the oven...
