My first macro

I decided that today I was going to have a play with my macro setting on my camera today for a bit of a change and went for a rummage in the garden for insects - my neighbours now think that I am completely mad as they look out of their windows and see me on my hands and knees peering under things! Unfortunately all I unearthed (apart from several tonnes of woodlice (to be subject of a future blip?) was this incredibly tiny green spider! I was hoping for something a little less challenging but hey ho!

I know that it is not brilliant and that it is cropped to within an inch of its like but for a first attempt I was happy!

As an aside I had a great day today at work and the children have now been whisked off to their Dads so I looking forward to a relaxing weekend. If maybe a little too quiet - I do miss them however I plan to make the most of it!
