Putting a Cork in it

Wow a non Casper entry - probably won't be as popular as my little model who is completely stretched the entire length of the back of the arm chair asleep and looking all angelic like.

I made my Spag Bol tonight and it tasted rather nice which I think was due to this rather nice Chianti I used in my sauce tonight.

I've been continuing with weightwatchers recently but the whole system has changed and it's now pro points and it just doesn't seem to be working. Am thinking WW maybe isn't such a great idea.
