A different view of the game

My nephew Simon and I enjoy a baseball game at SkyDome in Toronto. We usually sit in the seats but my brother scored some better seats that also came with a table reservation at one of the restaurants which is where this photo was taken. Simon's T-shirt was a promotional giveaway at the gate. The TC stands for Tom Cheek - the team's much loved and long-lasting radio play-by-play announcer. He passed away from brain cancer. He was a class act all the way. A southern gentleman from the USA who was one of the best sports broadcasters ever. Talked just enough, spoke well of people, and knew when to shut up and let the atmospheric sounds of the game flow through the radio. Tom, you are missed.
