The Rose.

Last weekend a lady came into the shop where my wife works, she was quite distraught and upset owing to the fact that her husband didn't have long to live and she had no-one to talk to. My wife, being the woman she is, sat down to listen to this ladies troubles just out of an act of selfless kindness.

That afternoon after the lady left the shop her husband sadly passed away. During the following week the same lady came back to my wifes shop and gave my wife some roses and carnations as a token of thanks for listening to a complete stranger and how much it meant to her on that day of sadness.

As a result, one of those roses deserved to be placed on blip.
