Bovenrijge Windmill

After seeing this incredible blip of my colleague Niels, I just had to buy my own Big Stopper filter. In short: the Big Stopper adds 10 stops to the shutter speed.

I bought the filter yesterday and today I had some time to do my first experiments with it. This is a 60 second exposure, taken about an hour and a half before sunset. I would have liked to use an ND grad filter as well, but I need to wait until May for those to arrive. So I used the ND filter in Lightroom instead to get the exposure right on both sky and foreground.
