After art school and a stressful job in London I decided for my health it would be a good idea to stop drinking. Which was much easier than I though it would be, easier than giving up smoking. After a few years I started to have the old glass of Champagne at birthdays ,weddings etc. In fact I LOVE Champagne.
This is our wine cellar, 40% Champagne, 30% Sancerre and 30% Bourgogne
