A bit of Dollar for free

As part of the Historic Scotland free ticket giveaway, Mummy, Daddy, two Gran's and a Grandad, went to Castle Campbell in Dollar Glen today. A bit wet and dreary, but up in the Ochils, it was lovely and fresh, good for blowing a few cobwebs away. The Castle was great and up at the top in the battlements, the view was good despite the fog. A lovely place it must be in the summer. Daddy had to duck under all the doors to get Finlay and the backpack through, oh how titchy people must have been in the 1300's. I took this picture to show, that even in the dreich weather, Scotland can still be beautiful.
