A day of reckoning

Today was the day of www.popstrami.co.uk.

It was AMAZING.

We had about (we think) 250 incredible customers, who were patient, grateful and appreciative (thank you all so much).

Despite a long queue that was constantly refreshed, we got through it by 5pm when all was sold out and we celebrated with "our cru" with champagne (courtesy N.'s parents, thank you).

This was one of the most exciting, stressful, near collapse days of my life. But customers were so immensely, totally happy. (or we think so).

And, the biggest shout to our friends, who were free with their time and commitment, and completely awesome. Thank you Lap, Mark and Amy, Gordon, Tom, Barbara and Paul and Mike.
