Not the choir

Gloriously sunny day with deep blue sky and just the right amount of interesting clouds, so decided to go with #1 son to take piccies from the roof of the Anglican Cathedral, planning to include one of the Catholic Cathedral at the other end of Hope Street. Unfortunately the lift was out of order and there is no other way up for the public. Sitting listening to an organ recital and a spot of singing while pointing cameras hopefully at the ornate roof and windows (the light was abominable as always), we were accosted by a cathedral security guard who told us we were not allowed to take pictures of the choir, and looked disbelieving when we said we weren't. This time I did not leave a donation in the box on the way out.
