Grasses along the Rio Grande

took a lazy late Sunday afternoon walk in the bosque. very peaceful, lovely and warm. each walk yields some gift, today it was the sighting of 2 elegant sandhill cranes cruising over the river and then roosting in the beautiful bare cottonwoods across the river.
