I have realised that my desire to take pictures of people "oot and aboot" means breaking up the challenge into smaller parts. All together it is far too overwhelming. So my decision is to tackle the most important thing first, the fear of asking strangers to take their picture (pretty key I think you'd agree!).

Composition, light, etc can take a hike while I just work on the person to person stuff.

Once I have more confidence and a bit more patter I can then think about other things like the camera! So that's what I did today. I did it so well that I even managed to get this very kind gent's name, Martin.
