Highly Strung

not me - noone on St Ives is highly strung, I think there is a By-law or something ...

Spent much of the evening so far practising Little Walter's My Babe, Chuck Berry's You Never Can Tell, and a quick run through of our next one, Tommy Tucker's High Heeled Sneekers before tomorrow's band practice.

Decided that things were sounding a bit dull & realised I hadn't restrung my baby for a while. So here she is all shiny & oiled again, about to be finished off.

All bright, ringing & lively again -- hoorah.

Still no band name - with our average age being on the larger side I am liking 'The Vintage Chords", ideas on a postcard please ...
