Could spring be here?

The month of March can lure you into false hopes of spring. With double didgit temperatures forcast for the coming week, I will remain optomistic. The Moira River, at capacity, is racing through south central Ontario to meet up with Lake Ontario and make it's way to the mouth of the St. Lawarance River and eventualy the North Atlantic.
