Today at vet school we had an afternoon sessions learning how vets are so much more at risk from mental health problems. Just what 150 students want to hear. It was good to hear that the support is out there if things go wrong but it just made it seem even scarier that we'll actually need it!

Then my day got even worse! I had someone pull out of an important job I share with them after they had made a bunch of decisions that turned out to be wrong and so now I'm left in the lurch having to deal with them all myself!

This plus some bad news concerning a close friend just made my day completely miserable. I'm hoping to go have an early night and maybe wake up and find its all just been a bad dream!
