Me and my shadow...

I remembered to take a camera with me on my walk to work and got a couple of lovely shots of frosty daffs before they had woken up for the day. However, this shot got picked as I look like I have very long legs- a comedy shadow :o)

Very happy to see the sunshine and looking forward to being able to feel it properly before long.

Thoughts go out to all those touched by the earthquake and tsunami in Japan- some very powerful images coming out of there- espeically those from Japanese news. If we were in any doubt about the power of the elements this once again shows that they musn't be underestimated.

Lost a tenner today as I walked home- rewinding goal mapping track to re listen- realised when I got home so with the help of hubby retraced my steps- found detention slips that must also have fallen out but no tenner- on the plus side whoever picked it up will have had some happiness and I also got double the walk, moving me faster towards my fitness goal- must be more specific with the thoughts I put out to the universe... :o)
