Selective hearing!!

I sometimes think Roy deliberately does not put his hearing aid in!!

This morning a conversation went something along these lines, as I went out of the door to the gym,

"Me : I've put a bag of sweets on the table to go in the car"

Roy "okay"

When I got back home he said

Roy : "Where's the rubbish you wanted me to take to the bin"?

Me : "What rubbish?"

Roy : You know, what you said to me when you walked out of the door this morning"

Me: "I said, that there where some sweets on the table to go in the car" !!

Heaven help me.

Went out to buy a new shower for our bathroom, ended up looking at new cars!!
